The Parable of the Two Wolves

The grandfather told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people...

"The battle that goes on inside our chest is between two wolves," he said. "One is evil. It is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego".

"The other is good. It is peace, Love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, joy, benevolence, empathy, generousity, truth, compassion and faith."

The grandson thought about this for a minute and asked, "Grandfather which wolf wins?"

The grandfather replied "The one you feed."

A small comment from me is that we have to acknowledge the existence of both of them but make a conscious choice to serve the one that can lead us to our Soul's path!
